M M Enterprises supplies iron sheets and coils. We use customer information to manage orders, invoices, payments and related business communication.

Information we use

We may use your name or business name, phone number, email address, order and invoice details, amounts due, payment status and messages you send us.

How we use it

We use this information to prepare and share invoices, answer enquiries, maintain business records and, where you have agreed to receive them, send invoice and payment reminders through WhatsApp. You may ask us to stop WhatsApp reminders at any time.

Service providers

Our billing system may process invoice information using Tally and Supabase. We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta, to deliver WhatsApp messages. We share only the information needed for these services and do not use invoice information for unrelated promotional messages without separate permission.

Invoice email delivery

After you approve an invoice for sending, our M M Enterprises Invoice Mail service uses the Gmail API with send-only permission to email its PDF from mustufakhan986@gmail.com to the party email address saved in Tally. The recipient address, invoice details and PDF are processed by Google to deliver the email. Our app does not read or delete Gmail messages and does not use this access for marketing emails.

Storage and security

We limit access to business information to authorised users and retain records only as needed for business operations and applicable legal obligations. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

To ask about your information, correct it, or stop WhatsApp billing reminders, email us at mustufakhan986@gmail.com. Some invoice and transaction records may need to be retained to meet legal or accounting obligations.
